Food & Drink
Homemade – the way it should be
Home-cooked food and café in Eggedal
Eggedal Borgerstue is a family-run hotel with 16 rooms, run by Elisabeth Koren Bøle, the third generation. Food has been at the heart of the house from the start, for hotel guests, locals and everyone who stops by on the way.
The café serves food made from scratch, with local produce whenever we can. The menu follows the seasons, with simple lunch dishes and our own signature dishes, like the Madonna Burger. You can eat in the café, in the dining rooms, in the pavilion when it is open, or out on the terrace with a view of the mountains.
You won't leave hungry.
