Borgerstua's Little Bakery
After many requests to pre-order our popular baked goods, we're now posting fixed dates for when you can secure homemade treats for pickup – and when we turn the pavilion into a pop-up bakery.
Our sourdough bread can be ordered for pickup every day, but must be pre-ordered at least one day in advance. All other baked goods can only be ordered for pickup on the specified dates, and must be ordered at least two days in advance.
Unfortunately, we're not able to accept orders for any other dates than the ones shown here.
Order Sourdough Bread for Pickup
Our sourdough bread can now be ordered for pickup every day. Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Simply enter your pickup date when ordering, and collect your bread whenever suits you, within our regular opening hours.

FRESH BAKED GOODS TO TAKE HOME
Cookies, krokan buns, school buns and cinnamon buns are baked in-house on the same day you pick them up. To ensure quality production, all orders must be placed by 8pm, two days in advance, and collected between 11am and 3pm.
Baked goods can only be ordered for the date shown below, and unfortunately it's not possible to order for other days. Click on each product for details, allergens and practical information.

ABOUT THE POP-UP BAKERY
Treats from the Pavilion
We run a pop-up bakery at regular intervals. On these days, we fill the Pavilion with all sorts of good things – muffins, cookies, delicious yeast bakes, bread and more. Feel free to stop by and pick up something delicious to take home or to the cabin, or take a little break with us and treat yourself to a few goodies.
